No way can you foresee each and every question you might be asked in an interview but you can be smart by preparing sturdy, crisp responses to usually asked questions. 3. Why do you want this job?

4. What are your weaknesses?

5. Why did you quit your previous job?

6. Where would you be five years from today?

Remember the interviewer is trying to find if you can play a positive role in the organization!
